Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Accounts Receivable or high-volume data-entry accounting.
• Food service, grocery, or wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and basic formulas.
• Onsite, part-time schedule at our Duluth HQ.

Responsibilities

• Post daily cash receipts and payments to customer accounts.
• Process and distribute daily/weekly customer invoices for deliveries.
• Investigate and reconcile billing discrepancies, including shortages or credits.
• Follow up on past-due accounts via phone and email to maintain low aging.
• Reconcile customer statements and ensure aged trial balance accuracy.
• Assist Accounting Supervisor with data entry, filing, and month-end close preparation.
