TE Connectivity plc is seeking a Temporary Assembly Operator I for 1st shift (6am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri) in Hampton, VA. The role involves assembling and testing electronic and mechanical components with attention to detail, using microscopes, and performing soldering tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum manufacturing experience, preferably soldering and assembly.
• High school diploma or GED; degree/cert in Mechatronics/electronics preferred.
• Able to read manufacturing drawings and SOPs/OMS.
• Must use a microscope and perform fine-detailed assembly; soldering experience required.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and adherence to quality standards.
