TOTE Resources in Tacoma, WA is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. You will manage high‑volume invoice processing, maintain vendor relationships, and support month‑end close in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with accounts payable, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review and match invoices to purchase orders.
• Verify approvals and ensure internal controls and company policies are followed.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Monitor aging invoices and manage payment deadlines.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and assist month-end close.
