Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Accurate Data Entry Skills
• Detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Matching A/P invoicing with receivers
• Entering A/P invoicing into ERP system, matching to the PO issued
• Work with vendors on problem resolution
• Filing all unpaid invoices
• Pulling invoices to match to checks
• Working with Receiving / Stockroom / Purchasing / Program Management to resolve discrepancies
• Other accounting projects and tasks as assigned
