Qualifications

Experience with CPM curriculum is preferred.

Responsibilities

Teaches Algebra successfully to 8th-grade students using the CPM curriculum.
Prepares course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and student resources.
Maintains accurate attendance, grades and required records.
Evaluates student work and provides meaningful feedback for growth.
Plans, evaluates, and revises curricula and instructional methods.
Utilizes effective classroom management to support learning.
Collaborates with colleagues to renew curriculum and school programs.
Contributes to a vibrant faculty/staff learning culture.
Maintains office hours to advise and assist students.
Performs other duties as assigned.
