Job summary

Luxoft in the United States (Indiana) seeks a Temenos T24 testing expert to support a global private banking and wealth management platform on enhancements and transformations.

You will perform SIT/UAT, design test cases, manage test data, track defects, and collaborate with stakeholders across agile teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication and hands-on experience with T24 modules, integration testing, and test management tools such as JIRA or ALM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Temenos T24 testing experience in banking.
• Functional, SIT, E2E, UAT testing across T24 modules.
• Ability to design test scenarios from requirements.
• Create and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Data.
• Defect management, root cause analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage test data required for end-to-end testing.

We are looking for Temenos T24/Transact professionals to support a global private banking and wealth management bank on a portfolio of enhancement and transformation initiatives. The engagement involves working on ongoing platform improvements, functional enhancements, and targeted transformation programs across the Temenos landscape. Team members will collaborate with distributed stakeholders, contribute to stable long-term programs, and work within a mature banking environment that values structured delivery, quality, and domain depth.

Responsibilities

• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing for T24 applications.
• Design, prepare, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
• Prepare and manage test data required for end-to-end testing.

SKILLS

Must have

• 8+ years of experience and strong hands‑on experience in T24 (Temenos) application testing in banking.
• Hands on experience testing integrations across T24 modules such as Lending, Term Deposits, Transaction Accounts, Savings Accounts.
• Experience in Functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), End‑to‑End (E2E), Regression, and UAT support.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical solutions to design effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, Test Reports
• Proficiency in defect management, issue tracking, root cause analysis, and test execution monitoring.
• Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM or similar.
• Ability to develop test strategies, execute test plans, and ensure quality deliverables within project timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented team player capable of working independently and in a collaborative environment.
