Job summary

Skillfinder International in Florida, USA, seeks a T24 QA Functional Coordinator for a 12- to 24-month program. Remote in ET is possible, with on-site work during UAT and go-live; you will coordinate SIT and UAT across functional streams and serve as main liaison between business users, functional, technical teams and project management.

You will design tests, log defects, prepare user guides and training materials, and deliver test reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Good functional knowledge of T24 and banking processes.
• QA coordination, lead, or management experience in T24 on an R2x project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SIT and UAT testing phases across functional workstreams.
• Test Design: Creating test cases and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Log, track and follow up defects through to resolution, working closely with functional and technical teams.
• Prepare user guides and training materials.
• Deliver user training sessions to support business readiness and adoption.
• Generate and present test execution reports, and incident resolution reports, to stakeholders.
