Job summary

Skillfinder International in Florida, USA, seeks a T24 QA Functional Coordinator for a 12- to 24-month program. T24 QA Functional Coordinator

Remote in ET time zone is possible, must be flexible to work in the office during UAT and go-live

We have 15+ consultants at this bank, many of whom have been there for multiple years.

You will coordinate and drive end-to-end testing activities in the Temenos T24 migration programme. As the main point of coordination between business users, functional teams, technical teams, and project management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate SIT and UAT testing phases across functional workstreams.
• Test Design : Creating test cases and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Log, track and follow up defects through to resolution, working closely with functional and technical teams. Collaborate with the development team to analyze and resolve defects efficiently.
• Prepare user guides and training materials.
• Deliver user training sessions to support business readiness and adoption.
• Generate and present test execution reports, and incident resolution reports, to stakeholders.

You must have:

• Good functional knowledge of T24 and banking processes
• Good functional expertise in one or more banking domains (e.g. Wealth Management, Trading, Payments, Lending, Deposits, Treasury or Customer Management).
• QA coordination, lead, or management experience in T24 on an R2x project.
