This is a full-time position requiring working every other Saturday.

Bilingual (Spanish and English) skills are preferred.

Branch Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 9AM - 5PM
• Friday: 9AM - 6PM
• Saturday: 9AM - 1PM
• Sunday: Closed

Position Overview

The Teller performs transactional duties to serve members accurately, including receiving and paying out funds. Provides cash receipt and payment services per credit union policies. Explains basic credit union products and services, representing the credit union professionally and positively.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in all relevant programs and systems or ability to gain such proficiency.
• Understanding of company policies, procedures, and applicable laws/regulations.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Principal Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, courteous, and efficient teller services, ensuring a balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sell other member services.
• Process mail deposits and withdrawals.
• Assist in ATM balancing (if applicable).
• Assist in opening/closing duties and check verification as trained.
• Perform overrides and other duties as assigned.
