Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of cash handling and/or client experience in a financial institution.
• Previous Teller Supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, listening, communication, and ability to use multiple computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day teller line activities at the Altoona location.
• Lead teller line in cross-selling, referrals and new business efforts; backup to Branch Manager when needed.
• Manage teller schedules to ensure continuous coverage and adherence to schedules.
• Collaborate with branch management to communicate policy changes and service updates to staff.
