Bank Iowa is seeking a Teller Supervisor in Altoona to lead the teller line and partner with the Branch Manager to drive sales and service goals. You will supervise daily teller activities, coordinate staffing, and promote a superior client experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cash handling or client services within a financial institution, with Teller Supervisor experience preferred and strong communication skills to advise customers on solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years cash handling or client experience in a financial institution.
• Previous Teller Supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to learn multiple computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of the teller line at the Altoona location.
• Lead teller line in cross-selling, referrals and new business efforts in support of branch goals; serve as backup to Branch Manager when needed.
• Manage teller schedules to ensure coverage and adherence to schedules.
• Communicate policy changes and branch information to the team.
