• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Cash handling or sales experience preferred.
• Successful completion of Teller training program and passing score on training post-test.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate PC proficiency; Google Docs and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers.
• Operate the teller drawer and perform advanced teller functions including researching cash discrepancies.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell/referrals within the branch.
• May train and mentor colleagues and provide backup support to other branches.
