You will identify sales opportunities for bank products, refer customers to appropriate bank representatives, and maintain accurate cash balances while following policies. Travel to nearby branches is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Professional and friendly interpersonal and communication skills.
• Clear thinking and ability to stay focused.
• Must demonstrate company values: work ethic, integrity, respect, responsibility, transparency and humility.
• Prior customer service skills preferred.
• All applicants must be 18+.

• Provide quality customer service and a positive banking experience by handling financial transactions with a professional attitude.
• Actively listen for potential sales opportunities to promote bank products and services, and refer customers accordingly.
• Conduct customer transactions with accuracy and prepare daily cash balancing within established guidelines.
• Understand direction and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Other related duties as assigned or directed.
• Maintain compliance with laws and internal controls and complete trainings in a timely manner.
