Qualifications

• Six months of cash handling experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and branch technology.
• Ability to process high transaction volumes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processes member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, etc.) in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manages cash and coin inventory and follows cash control policies for accuracy and security.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of procedures, services and compliance updates for teller operations.
• Supports branch operations by delivering exceptional service and collaborating with team members.
• Promotes credit union products and services, cross-sells, and refers members to appropriate departments.
