Job summary

BankUnited in Bradenton, FL, seeks a Teller/Platform professional to handle routine transactions with an emphasis on 100% client satisfaction and branch goals. You will process deposits, cash checks, balance cash drawers, and cross-sell products.

Two to three years of cash handling experience and full Teller/Platform training are required; two-week Retail Training may apply. Sign-on bonus of $1,000 after six months of continuous service is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of cash handling experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities required.
• Must be fully trained in Teller and Platform functions; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive checks and cash for deposits and verify amounts.
• Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures.
• Enter transactions and issue receipts; balance cash drawer daily.
• Explain, promote, or cross-sell Bank products and services.
• Open and process all types of accounts per customer needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
