• Performs outbound calls and sets appointments to support branch goals.
• Cross-trains on Platform products and assists clients.
• Opens and processes accounts; directs customers to appropriate lines.
• Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues.
• Complies with Bank policies and regulations, including AML guidelines.
