Responsibilities

• Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services.
• Acts as the Bank's personal representative with customers, providing efficient, accurate and friendly service.
• Builds strong relationships between the customer and the Bank.
• Some Tellers are assigned as Area Tellers; staff in these roles are assigned a number of branch locations to support.
• Consistently performs North Shore Bank Quality of Services standards with both external and internal customers that meet expectations and promote customer willingness to keep, expand and refer banking relationships.
• Engages customers in meaningful conversations and asks questions to identify cross‑selling opportunities; makes appropriate blend of qualified referrals to branch personnel and branch business partners on a consistent basis to meet goals as communicated by Branch Administration.
• Uses customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
• Receives and answers questions from customers regarding banking services.
