• Engage customers in meaningful conversations, ask questions to identify cross‑selling opportunities, and make appropriate referrals to branch personnel and partners.
• Use the customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
• Receive and answer questions from prospects or customers, maintain good customer relations, and direct customers to proper products and services.
• Meet performance goals and work collaboratively with team members to support the success of North Shore Bank.
• Perform other duties as specified by the manager.
