JOB REQUIREMENTS

Teller – Full Time – Bilingual/Spanish required.

Pay: $19+ DOE.

Location: 4230 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

SUMMARY

Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services. Acts as the Bank’s personal representative with customers, providing efficient, accurate and friendly service; builds strong relationships between the customer and the Bank. Some Tellers are assigned as Area Tellers and may support multiple branch locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently performs North Shore Bank Quality of Services standards with both external and internal customers that meets expectations and promotes customer willingness to keep, expand and refer banking relationships.
• Engages customers in meaningful conversations and asks questions to identify cross‑selling opportunities; makes appropriate blend of qualified referrals to branch personnel and partners to meet goals.
• Uses customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update contacts.
• Receives and answers questions from prospects or customers and maintains good customer service.
