• Some Tellers are assigned as Area Tellers to support multiple branch locations.
• Meet North Shore Bank Quality of Services standards with customers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer qualified leads to appropriate staff.
• Record referrals and customer contacts using the CRM tool.
• Answer questions from customers regarding banking services.
