Job summary

Westfield Bank is seeking a Part-Time Teller in Westfield, MA. You will handle day-to-day transactions such as deposits and withdrawals and assist customers with inquiries, delivering prompt and professional service.

You will balance the cash drawer, maintain security, meet referral goals for bank products, and complete BSA/AML and regulatory training as assigned. Availability on Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays is required, with a total of 19 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Assist customers with inquiries and banking needs.
• Maintain cash drawer security and balance at end of day.
• Refer bank products and services to customers.
• Complete BSA, AML, and regulatory training as assigned.

to work the following schedule:

Sunday 9:45a - 3:15p
Friday 11:00a - 7:15p
Saturday 9:30a - 3:15p

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides prompt and professional service to new and existing customers by handling day-to-day transactions which include but not limited to; processing transactions such as deposits and withdrawals and assisting

With Customer Inquiries. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Adheres To Established

Westfield Bank customer service standards. Provides information regarding bank products to all potential customers both retail and commercial. Independent performance of all teller transactions and related services. Maintains security of cash drawer. Proves cash drawer at end of day. Meets assigned referral goals through referral of bank products and services to meet customers banking needs. Performs account and person maintenance. Assists in resolving customer problems as they arise. May assist with balancing the ATM. Assist customers with Safe Deposit. Must complete BSA, AML, and other Regulatory and Continuing Education as assigned. Must adhere to all bank and regulatory policies and procedures specific to position. Performs additional duties as requested.
