Job summary

Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Teller for Bastrop location to serve members with friendly, accurate in-person service. The role includes handling deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions, with a focus on accuracy and security.

The schedule is Monday-Friday 12:30 pm-5:30 pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM, and starting pay is $20 per hour. This position supports rotating schedules, and may require travel to nearby branches as needed to ensure coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer service or cash handling preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, and member-focused personality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with computers and basic math.
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility for rotating schedules, including Saturdays.
• Willingness to travel to nearby branches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at nearby branch locations as needed to ensure consistent service and staffing across the region.
