Job summary

Bank of Colorado in Cody, WY is seeking a full-time teller to provide quality service by assisting customers accurately and efficiently, handle deposits and withdrawals, and promote bank products.

You will open/close accounts, process checks, and support sales goals while maintaining record accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with banking regulations. Flexible hours and weekend shifts if needed; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• A minimum of 24 months of prior banking experience is generally expected.
• Cash handling and customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all regular teller duties including accepting deposits, cashing checks, and customer service-related duties.
• Prepares holds on deposits.
• Completes forms such as CTRs, SIRs, and any other BSA reporting as necessary.
• Open and close individual and commercial deposit accounts; obtain required BSA information and documents.
• Strives to achieve sales goals by being a knowledgeable resource on products and services available to customers.
• Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in customers, initiating customer research.
• Processing check orders, closing accounts.
• Assisting with NSF, non-post, and collections.
