Job summary

Bank of Colorado is seeking a teller to provide accurate and efficient service, assist walk-in and phone customers, and develop long-term relationships. You will handle deposits, account openings/closes, and advise on services, while aiming to meet sales goals and maintain records.

The role includes BSA reporting, operating cash transactions, supporting research on customer inquiries, and working with team members to ensure excellent service. Weekend hours may apply based on branch needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years banking or teller experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Accept deposits and cash checks; provide customer service.
• Open, close, and maintain individual and business accounts.
• Sell bank services and answer inquiries; advise on products.
• Prepare CTRs, SIRs, and other required BSA reporting.
• Assist with NSF, collections, and safe deposit boxes.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
