Job summary

Bank of Colorado in Fort Lupton is seeking a friendly teller to assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and routine banking questions. You will handle walk-in and phone inquiries, promote bank services, and support opening and closing accounts.

Responsibilities include cash handling, CTR/SIR reporting, ATM and vault duties, and meeting sales goals while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 24 months of banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling and customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular teller duties including deposits, checks, and customer service.
• Open and close deposit accounts, collect BSA information.
• Sell and promote bank products and services to meet sales goals.
• Assist with CTRs, SIRs, and other reporting as necessary.
• Provide accurate record keeping and confidential handling of transactions.
• Support customers with account problems and questions via walk-in or phone.
