Greater Nevada Credit Union is seeking a Teller to serve as the face of the credit union, delivering exceptional member service and personalized financial solutions. In this role, you will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy while promoting our products and services.

You will balance cash drawers, educate members on offerings, and ensure compliance with policies to protect member information and prevent fraud.

Qualificações

• 6+ months of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, financial services, or similar).
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming and positive environment for members by greeting them warmly and assisting in a friendly, professional manner.
• Conduct financial transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments).
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and services and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to safeguard member information and prevent fraud.

As a Teller, you will serve as the face of the credit union, providing exceptional member service and personalized financial solutions to our members.
