Total Community Credit Union in Taylor, MI, is hiring a Teller to join our Member Support team on a full-time basis. You will be the welcoming face for members, handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing, while balancing the cash drawer and delivering friendly service.

You’ll educate members on credit union products, support branch operations, and adhere to procedures and financial regulations as part of a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, member-focused attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
• Comfort with computers and basic financial transactions.
• Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred.
• CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
