Job summary

Total Community Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a full-time Teller for our Member Support team. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing while keeping an accurate cash drawer and delivering friendly service to every member.

Educating members on credit union products, promotions, and branch procedures is part of the role. Prior cash handling or CU software experience is a plus, with a high school diploma required.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, member-focused attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
• Comfort with computers and basic financial transactions.
• Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred.
• CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus.
