Job summary

Alliance Credit Union in Jennings, MO seeks a Teller to welcome members and process deposits and withdrawals with accuracy. As the face of our branches, you’ll deliver friendly service and protect member information while promoting our products.

Typical hours Monday–Friday with some Saturday shifts; pay starts at $18–$19 per hour with a Saturday bump and daily in-branch shift extras. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k match, generous PTO, and an engaging, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional member service and cross-sell products to meet member needs.
• Process daily member transactions accurately, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawer consistently and maintain confidentiality of member information.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service (in person, phone, chat, email) while delivering the Alliance Credit Union brand promise.
• Process daily member transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Balance your cash drawer consistently.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell products and services to meet branch goals.
• Follow all teller workflow processes and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in branch meetings, business development, and community engagement.
