Job summary

Michigan Schools & Government Credit Union (MSGCU) is hiring a Teller to deliver exceptional member service at one of our Michigan branches. You will accurately process teller transactions, balance drawers, and support daily branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of teller or cashier experience, with a focus on customer service and teamwork. Travel to support other branches may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of teller experience or retail sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver member experience by accurately completing teller transactions and balancing at day end.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell MSGCU products and services to deepen relationships.
• Maintain trust by following MSGCU's service standards and resolving issues with members.
