Qualifications

• 6 months of teller or cashier experience.
• Ability to provide excellent member service.

Responsibilities

• Member Service: Exceeds member service expectations and builds trusting relationships with members, showing a sincere interest in the member and their financial success.
• Teller Transactions: Follows MSGCU’s service standards to accurately complete teller transactions and balance drawer and checks at end of day.
• Cross-Selling: Generates member referrals by using a consultative approach and asking high impact questions to identify needs and offer solutions.
