Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to cash checks and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Good communication and member service skills.

Responsibilities

• Cashes checks and dispenses money after verification of identification.
• Responds to inquiries via phone, online, mail, chats and other channels.
• Balances currency, coin, and checks at end of shift.
• Cross-sells FCU products to members.
• Conducts loan interviews and reviews credit history.
• Processes membership or checking applications and payroll/direct deposits.
