The Teller serves as the primary point of contact for customers and non-customers, providing outstanding customer service throughout each interaction. They perform various customer transactions daily, offer information, resolve issues, and seek opportunities to strengthen customer relationships by suggesting other bank products and services.
Part-Time (20-25 hours), Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM – 6:15 PM (with one day off during the week), Saturdays 8:30 AM – 12:14 PM
To ensure employee engagement, retention, and continued top-level service, it is important to have well-trained employees at all levels. The 6-month position guideline helps set employees up for success. To apply for another position, employees must be in their current role/branch for at least 6 months. Exceptions can be discussed with a Customer Service Officer.
Indoor work environment, not exposed to outdoor hazards. Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods. Occasional lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
