A leading bank in Bonner Springs is seeking a Part-Time Teller who will be the primary contact for customers, providing exceptional service and processing transactions. The Teller serves as the primary point of contact for customers and non-customers, providing outstanding customer service throughout interactions. They perform various customer transactions daily, provide information, resolve issues, and seek opportunities to strengthen customer relationships by suggesting other bank products and services.
Part-Time (20-25 hours), Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM - 6:15 PM (with one day off during the week), Saturdays 8:30 AM - 12:14 PM
To ensure employee engagement, retention, and continued top-level service while growing our branches, well-trained employees at all levels are essential. The 6-month position guideline helps set employees up for success. To apply for another position, employees should be in their current role/branch for at least 6 months. Exceptions can be discussed with a Customer Service Officer.
Indoor setting, not exposed to outdoor elements or hazards.
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
Occasional sedentary work involving lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
