Qualifications

• No university degree required; high school diploma or equivalent may be accepted.
• Experience not required; a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Teller role requires knowledge and abilities aligned with customer service and banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives for their financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
