Responsibilities

• Handles multiple transaction types including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Maintains cash drawer levels and ensures cash security.
• Balances cash drawer daily.
• Handles over/short adjustments following policy.
• Responds to client inquiries courteously and promptly.
• Educates clients on bank technology (mobile/online banking, ATM).
• Refer clients to internal experts when goals or needs are identified.
• Assist in opening and closing the branch as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
