Responsabilités

• Handle multiple transaction types such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
• Maintain cash levels and balance cash drawer.
• Balance ATM, Vault, Coin and cash GL accounts.
• Perform minor account maintenance tasks as trained.
• Refer clients to internal experts for goals and needs.
• Educate clients on bank technology and digital tools.
• Assist branch with opening/closing and daily tasks.
• Ensure banking practices comply with laws and regulations.
• Assist online banking enrollment and support.
• Identify client needs and present product features and benefits.
