Responsibilities

• Handles multiple transaction types such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and loan payments.
• Maintains proper cash levels in drawers and keeps cash secure.
• Balances cash drawer daily.
• Handles over/short accounts in an approved manner.
• Responds to clients' needs and inquiries in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Balances ATM, Vault, Coin and cash GL Accounts as needed.
• Performs minor account maintenance tasks per branch needs.
• Refers customers to internal experts for financial goals and needs.
• Educates clients on bank technology such as mobile and online banking.
• Assists branch and team members by achieving goals and sharing daily tasks.
• Ensures safe banking practices in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Assists with online banking enrollment and client support via Q2 Assist.
• Identifies client needs and explains features, benefits, rates, and charges.
