Qualifications

• Ability to function in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.

Responsibilities

• Executes TD's Brand promise to customers by delivering a Legendary Customer experience in the Store.
• Performs customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments.
• Balances cash drawer and processes cash transactions with a high level of accuracy.
• Responds to customer inquiries and escalates as necessary.
• Guides customers to appropriate digital options and solutions.
• Trains and mentors new Tellers.
• Ensures compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
