Municipal Employees Credit Union of Baltimore is hiring Teller I/II at the PJM Branch in Baltimore. This full-time role requires accurate cash handling and basic transaction processing with a strong focus on member service. Weekend Saturday hours are required.

Teller I handles cash and basic transactions; Teller II may mentor new tellers, explain ATM/online banking, and help members with products and services while protecting against fraud.

Qualifications

• Quality of work: highly accurate, detail oriented and professional.
• Cash handling: handles large amounts of cash; counts, replenishes and balances cash.
• Quantity of work: meets or exceeds expectations without sacrificing quality.
• Referrals: recognises referral opportunities and promotes appropriate products to members.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cash receipt and payment services with accuracy.
• Balance daily cash drawer according to Teller guidelines.
• Refer members to specialists for products and services.
• Mentor Teller I incumbents and support new member account openings.
