Job summary

Members 1st is seeking a Teller I/III to float from the Highland Park Branch in Lemoyne, supporting Mechanicsburg and Carlisle branches. You will process member transactions accurately, promote credit union products, and maintain records with a focus on service quality.

The role requires 0-1 year experience for Teller I or 3+ years for Teller III, a high school diploma, CRM familiarity, and flexibility to extended hours and weekends. A valid driver's license is not required.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of progressive retail financial or customer service experience
• Minimum for Teller III: 3 years of retail banking or credit union experience including cash handling, customer service, and compliance with financial services regulations
• Minimum of 2 years of financial experience identifying and promoting products and services to meet member needs
