Job summary

Banksouthern is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service. The role includes cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, check processing, and cross-selling bank services. The CSR is scheduled for Saturday rotations and may assist with opening new accounts.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience, with strong communication and confidentiality skills. Banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries as appropriate.
• Maintains proper cash levels in drawers and ensures safety for the bank.
• Accepts checks for cashing, deposits, and issues receipts.
• Receives savings deposits and processes withdrawals.
• Processes night deposits, cashier's checks, and other bank services.
• May service ATMs or tax deposits and utility payments.
