Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Sell money orders and negotiable instruments as needed and transfer funds per instructions.
• Post transactions and maintain member records.
• Ensure cash drawer balances and daily terminal reports.
• Provide excellent member service and address inquiries and needs.
• Maintain professional conduct and dress according to policy.
• Adhere to applicable laws and privacy regulations (BSA, Funds Availability).
• Assist Operations team with tasks like reviewing checks and account maintenance.
• Support branch operations and potential coverage for other locations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
