You will handle routine account maintenance, assist customers, promote bank products, and support branch operations with dependability and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred; team and goal oriented.

Responsabilités

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures.
• Respond to clients' needs and inquiries in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Perform minor account maintenance tasks such as address changes, debit card maintenance, and check ordering.
• Refer customers to internal experts for financial goals and needs.
• Educate clients on bank technology including mobile/online banking, ATM, and ITM.
• Support branch and team members to achieve daily goals and maintain security practices.
• Assist in opening and closing the branch following corporate procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
