Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union in Wisconsin seeks a full-time Floating Teller to support multiple branches, handle member transactions, and assist with account maintenance and problem resolution. The role offers a positive first impression and strong member relationships across branches.

Ideal candidates will have cash handling experience, excellent communication, and attention to detail, plus flexible availability including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus.
• Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required.
• Ability to adjust to different work environments and team members on a daily basis.

We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Floating Teller!

The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution. The Floating Teller assists multiple branches on an as‑needed basis.

Primary responsibilities of the Teller role include but are not limited to:

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
• Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution
• Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate

Candidates for the Teller position should possess:
