Job summary

A community-based financial institution is seeking a Part-Time Teller for their West De Pere branch. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and flexible availability including Saturdays. As a Teller, you will process transactions, maintain member accounts, and help resolve issues while promoting the credit union's mission and values. Job description

We currently have a career opportunity at our West De Pere branch for a Part-Time Teller (20 hours/week)!

The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
• Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution
• Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate

Qualifications

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus
• Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays
• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required

Branch hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5:30pm, Sat. 9am-12pm
