Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Minimum 3 months customer service experience in a financial institution or retail environment preferred.
• Previous Teller or cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the teller position.
• Greet members and provide prompt and accurate service.
• Perform deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash advances, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Cross sell credit union products and services to meet members’ needs.
• Maintain teller drawer cash within appropriate levels and keep information confidential.
