Responsibilities

• Build member relationships, greet members professionally, and provide superior service
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other transactions
• Verify member identity/signatures and ensure accuracy of amounts
• Sell negotiable items and assist in daily proof
• Cross-sell products by advising members of rates, benefits and features
• Ensure workstation security and manage cash on hand
• Balance Teller drawer daily and prepare deposits
• Comply with policies and procedures
• Work in other branches as assigned
• Perform other duties as needed by supervisor
