Job summary

Elevations Credit Union in Longmont seeks a Teller I to be the face of the branch, handling deposits, withdrawals and payments while helping members explore financial options and delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will work a full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, with a base hourly rate of $19.47–$24.30 and eligibility for an annual bonus, in a culture that emphasizes integrity, respect, passion, creativity and excellence.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits passion for Elevations Credit Union (ECU) and demonstrates ECU’s core values.
• Engages members using PEAK’T Service Model with care and professionalism.
• Performs teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Maintains high-level operational excellence in daily teller operations including cash balancing and audits.
• Develops good interpersonal relationships by helping members feel valued.
• Follows procedures to protect members and ECU from fraud and loss.
