Job summary

Elevations Credit Union in Louisville is seeking a Teller I to deliver exceptional member experiences and handle standard teller transactions. You will be the face of the branch, exploring financial solutions and supporting daily operations.

The role requires basic finance knowledge, a high school diploma, and strong computer skills. The position is full-time, on-site, with a defined 40-hour workweek and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Performs teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Balances cash and completes opening/closing tasks; supports cash control and audits.
• Keeps members’ information secure and protects against fraud and loss.
• Follows BSA and other federal/state laws and ECU procedures.
• Refers members to internal partners for additional financial solutions.
